Permanent Jewelry FAQ & Policies

What happens if my chain breaks or I need a resize?

Don't worry, we've got you covered! Simply book a "Repair Appointment" through our online booking
site. Please make sure to bring all parts of your chain with you so we can evaluate it.
First Break or Resize: Your first fix or adjustment is 100% complementary.
Subsequent Breaks: If it's a second break or fix, there is a small $5 re-weld fee per piece.
Not Our Piece? If you bought your jewelry elsewhere but need it fixed, we charge a flat $10 re-weld
fee per piece.

customer file and see how we can best help.
What is your refund policy?
Because every single piece is custom-cut, sized, and welded specifically to fit your body, we do not

offer refunds. However, your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand by our work with our re-
weld policy and always do our absolute best to work with you on a solution so you walk away happy.

Will my 14k Gold-Filled or Sterling Silver chain tarnish?

It is incredibly rare, but it can occasionally happen due to external factors.
Sterling Silver can naturally react to sulfur in the air, high humidity, heavy sweat, or prolonged
exposure to certain lotions, perfumes, and pools.

14k Gold-Filled is highly durable, but can sometimes experience surface dulling if exposed to
harsh household chemicals, heavy body chemistries, or mineral-heavy water.
