  • What happens if I accidently break the chain?
    We understand accidents happen. If something ever happens to the chain just contact us and we will repair or resize at no cost. PLEASE NOTE: In order for us to repair a piece you will need to bring the detached chain with you to your repair appointment. Q: What if the chain broke and I no longer have it? A: We as a Company will have to analyze the situation case by case. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for any broke or loss pieces, but we love all our customers and will come up with something that works for everyone.
  • Will my piece be 100% Permanent?
    Your piece will be put on in a way to be permanent, but this does not mean it is indestructible. It is up to the customer to maintain proper care and be self aware of the piece once placed, as it is easy to forget you have it on. We do offer Free resize and repairs if needed via Appointment or Event.
  • Where are you located?
    We are a small family owned business located right in the College Station/Bryan area. Our Address is 707 Texas Ave, Unit D102 College Station, TX 77804.
  • Do I need to make an appointment to visit PIPER-jade Studio?
    No, appointments are not required to visit our studio. We welcome walk-ins anytime during our studio hours. However, please note that if a customer has booked an appointment, we must attend to them first during their scheduled time slot. We strive to provide the best customer service and attention to each and every client.

  • Do you offer Refunds?
    FAQ: Refunds: At PIPER-jade, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality and personalized jewelry pieces. As such, we customize each piece to the customer's specifications. Due to this customization process, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to work with customers to resolve any issues. However, we cannot take back a customized piece into our inventory, as it is created specifically for the customer. We encourage customers to carefully review their order details before finalizing their purchase to ensure that they are fully satisfied with their selection. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We are always happy to assist you in any way we can.
  • What are your Prices?
    Prices are all different depending on what style you get. The best way to answer this would be to check out our price page on the site. All info in regards to pricing can be found there. Charms or Engravings will also be different prices, but they are starting at $10+.
  • What type of material do you carry?
    We carry demi fine jewelry in Gold Filled and .925 Sterling Silver. Q: What is gold filled? A: Compared to solid gold jewelry, gold filled jewelry is created with a solid layer of gold that is bonded to a base of another metal, such as sterling silver. Now with gold filled jewelry, it is typically less expensive than solid gold. Believe it or not, gold filled is more durable than solid gold and it will keep looking bright and new with decades of wear. Q: What is .925 Sterling Sliver A: Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals. Simply put, .925 silver is pure sterling silver.
  • What's the easiest way to get Permanent Jewelry?
    We offer many different ways to obtain Permanent Jewelry, it all depends on your preference. Book your appointment online HERE. We feel this is the fastest way to obtain a great piece. When we are not doing Events or Private parties we take all appointments out of our studio in College Station (707 Texas Ave Suite 102-D). We feel this is a great way to privately pick the perfect item for you or anyone in your group. Come out to a POP-UP Events. Click HERE to view upcoming Events. If you like getting outdoors and seeing many different vendors this would be the best fit for you. NOTE: Events are walk up only, we do not take appointments for POP-UPs (First come First Serve).   • Do your chains turn color?
    We source very high quality demi fine material. We make sure that what we are selling is the best option on the market for our business and customers. Just like all other fine jewelry proper care is needed to keep your piece looking great. Over exposure to elements like high temp water (hottub) chlorine, and synthetic fragrances can affect the integrity of your piece including those made out of solid gold/sliver. Maintaining proper care of your jewelry with our Shinery Radiance daily wash will help preserve your jewelry for the long haul though those elements.
  • Can I remove my piece myself?
    YES, If you for whatever reason need to remove your piece you can. We understand that sometimes it needs to be removed for a short period. The best thing about PIPER-jade is that you get free re-welds anytime, so when you are ready to get it back on you can book an appointment or come out to one of the events we will be at. Removal Instructions: 1. Locate the jump ring that was welded together. 2. Take a nail clipper or small scissors and snip one side of the jump ring. 3. Twist open jump ring so you can remove. 4. Keep in a safe place until you are ready for your re-weld.
