Thank you for choosing us for your piercing experience. Because you have indicated that you brought your own jewelry, please carefully review our strict health, safety, and liability policies regarding outside earrings below.

1. Strict Jewelry Material Standards

​

• Solid Gold Only: For the safety of your healing piercing, we only allow customer-supplied earrings made of solid gold.

• No Exceptions: We cannot accept gold-plated, gold-filled, sterling silver, surgical steel, or any other alternative metals brought from the outside.

• Our Selection: If your jewelry does not meet our solid gold standard upon inspection, it cannot be used. You will be required to select and purchase a safe piece of jewelry directly from our in-studio selection to proceed with the service.

2. Required Outside Jewelry Service Fee

• Please note that bringing your own earring incurs an additional $10 fee added on top of the standard piercing service fee.​

3. Professional Recommendation & Liability Waiver

​

• Our Recommendation: We always highly recommend choosing from the curated, medical grade titaium jewelry options offered in our studio, which are specifically designed and sterilized for optimal healing.

• Assumption of Risk: By choosing to bring your own earring and signing our standard waiver, you are taking on full responsibility for the outcome of the piercing.

• Release of Liability: The studio and our piercers cannot and will not be held responsible for any issues that may arise from the use of outside jewelry. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Infections

  • Healing complications

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities

  • Embedded jewelry or any other piercing-related concerns

By proceeding using your own jewelry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, and that you assume all associated risks.
